This place is amazing. Family campsites are pretty well shaded so they're not too hot and there are electrical outlets at each site as well as counter high spigots. The bathrooms are nice and clean with benches in each shower to set your things on. They do have hot water :-). There are also counters around the sink to set toiletries on and outlets there. The only bad thing is they had a sewer issue that caused a lack of drinking safe water all morning one of the days we were there and toilets could not be flushed, yuck :-(. The ranger made it sound rare but a lady in the restroom said she experienced the same problem on a previous trip so beware of the possibility. If not for this I'd give this site a 4.5 star facility rating. There are nice hiking trails from the welcome center that go out on the prairie where herds of wild buffalo and horses are often seen and of course Florida gators ;-). We unfortunately did not see any but would have if we'd gone down the evening before. I got the picture from Google Images. Word spreads quickly through sites when herds move through and the staff assists in posting sightings with times in the visitors center.
