This is a beautiful camp owned and run by the Boy Scouts of America. For those who don't know the old Michael J. Fox movie Doc Hollywood was filmed here. This picture is of the chapel which has a beautiful view of the lake :-). The shower houses are decent but not the cleanest as they are mostly used and cleaned by boys. There are benches to put your clothes and things on just outside the hot water showers. There is a narrow shelf under the mirrors above the sinks in the bathroom as well as electricity and hooks. I have camped there many times usually for council run events for the boys which sometimes include meals provided 3 times daily in the mess hall. I also camped there for both weekends of Wood Badge training. The first weekend, really yummy food was provided. The next weekend you camp as a patrole like boy scouts and cook your own food. The food is surprisingly pretty good for serving over a thousand people and the hall is kept pretty clean. The salad bar is as good as Rubby Tuesdays :-)! Frog Jog is not nearly as crowded as Cuboree so your boys get more time on the archery and bb ranges which they LOVE :-)! They added new screened in pavillions with a large open room with picnic tables and ceiling fans for instruction and games with the kids when it rains :-). There are also 2 rooms, one for men and one for women, with 2 mattressed bunk beds in each, a closet, ceiling fan, and screened windows all around the top. Also, during summer camp they have covered all canvas tents with tarps so they don't leak and are slowly replacing them with new screen vented nylon tents that are awesome :-)! Pool with 2 water slides to come summer '16 :-)!
